Do you ship orders?

We can ship any item nationwide. Shipping fees will be $25-$50 depending on destination.

Do you offer returns/refunds?

All sales are final.

How do you check for authenticity?

Each item is authenticated and checked by 3 on-staff experts before we consider purchasing it. All shoes are 100% authentic guaranteed and we have thousands of shoes to choose from.

How do I choose the right shoe size?

We highly recommend checking size guides on the correlating brand’s website.

What are my payment options?

All major credit cards are accepted. We also accept cash.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, we can order it for you. Pricing and availability will be discussed in-store only.

Who do I contact to sell a pair of shoes?

You can walk in, give us a call, or shoot us a DM via Instagram. All items must be BRAND NEW IN THE ORIGINAL BOX. No exceptions!

How soon can I pick up my order after purchasing?

You will be notified when your item is ready. Pick up times are 12PM-8PM, 7 days a week. Must provide valid ID for pick up.

Do you offer discounts?

We always have discounts and specials throughout the year. Any special discounts will be posted via Instagram stories!
